Photo Day Procedure

Order online or print your order form (orders placed after photo days have been processed are required to be mailed)
Arrive 15 minutes early
Follow directions, maintain at least 6 feet of social distance
If you prefer, wear your mask until told to remove it. The photographer will guide you with poses from 6-8 feet
Photo will be delivered to the school or a photo delivery day will be arranges with the coach. You also have the option to have the photos mailed to you (fee).

We understand you may wish to view your images prior to order and we are here to assist you. Choosing this option will allow you to view small watermarked images online. This fee is PER POSE. If your athlete had a pictures taken individually, with a sibling and with a buddy, this is 3 requests and you will need to make the order quantity 3.

By purchasing this item, you understand that the images are thumbnail images, watermarked and are low resolution. You will not be seeing finished artwork images. If the images were photographed on the green screen, you will see the full green screen. To be perfectly clear, these images in no way are print or social media ready. The fee for this service is non-refundable or credit to any other product or service.

Previous year photos: If your team was photographed over 6 months ago, the fee to locate the images is $25.

We strive for 100% transparency, by using this service you agree and acknowledge the terms of the service by your order confirmation and payment.
* The images provided through this process are low resolution and watermarked.
* The fee is per pose, not per athlete. If you are requesting a preview of yourself and a buddy pose, this is 2 preview fees.
* The online preview gallery is 10-25% higher than the paper or online pre-order process. Once images are posted, only orders placed through the preview gallery will be accepted. This is non-negotiable.
* All orders processed through the online preview gallery require shipping. This is non-negotiable.
* Preview galleries are online for 7 days. If you MISS THE online order DEADLINE and the gallery has been removed and you "want to see the images again", the fee must be paid again. The work to prep and upload the images takes time, if you mess the deadline and fail to order, this is not due to our error. Our website tracks clicks on each page, we can confirm that the page has been accessed.
